About the Opportunity
Foundries and manufacturers face constant pressure from scrap, rework, and wasted engineering time. Most rely on static FMEAs and fragmented data.
As an Industry Pilot Partner, you’ll trial AI-FMEA+ workflows in real production conditions. Instead of static spreadsheets, you’ll use GPT-enabled prompts to generate PFMEAs/DFMEAs that update dynamically as defects are investigated.
The pilot will focus on 2–3 defect investigations (e.g. porosity, inclusions, shell cracks), linking operator notes, inspection data, and internal Lessons Learned into one secure Microsoft or OpenAI Team environment.
