All content (text, graphics, images, documents) is owned by p-matrix Ltd or its collaborators unless otherwise stated.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without written permission.
• Content may only be used for lawful, non-commercial purposes unless agreed separately.

3. No Professional Advice

Outputs and descriptions of 7Epsilon-FMEA-GPT or related methods are provided for research and collaboration purposes only.
They do not replace:

• Professional engineering judgement,
• Quality management systems, or
• Safety assessments.

All results must be reviewed and validated independently before use.

4. Collaboration Disclaimer

• Enquiries or submissions made through this site (e.g. pilot interest, academic sponsorship, partnerships) do not create a binding agreement.
• All collaborations, projects, NDAs, sponsorships, or licensing arrangements are subject to separate written contracts between p-matrix Ltd and the relevant party.

5. Software Services and Licensing

p-matrix Ltd provides commercial software services (including but not limited to licensing of p-matrix software).

• All use of p-matrix software, including any future customisation or integration services (such as linking with 7Epsilon-FMEA-GPT), is governed by separate licensing conditions, which take precedence over these Terms.
• This website does not override or replace those licensing terms.

6. Third-Party Links

This site may contain links to external websites (e.g. academic collaborators, enabler partners, suppliers).

• These are provided for reference only.
• p-matrix Ltd has no responsibility for their content, services, or data handling practices.

7. Data Processing Outside the UK/EU

Some services used by p-matrix Ltd (including Google Workspace, Microsoft, OpenAI, Webflow, and Mailchimp) may process data outside the UK or EU. Where this occurs, transfers are protected under adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• p-matrix Ltd excludes liability for any losses, damages, or costs arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free content.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates take effect from the date of publication on this site.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Privacy policy

1. Data We Collect

• Provide commercial software services, including the licensing and sale of p-matrix software.
• Share updates on pilots, sponsorships, and 7Epsilon-FMEA-GPT developments.
• Support industry–academic projects, where data may be shared with Dr Rajesh Ransing at Swansea University or Zienkiewicz Institute co-supervisors for academic purposes.

3. Lawful Basis

• Contract (where data is required for delivering software licensing or services).

5. Data Transfers Outside UK/EU

Some providers (Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Webflow, Mailchimp) may process data outside the UK or EU, including in the United States.

• These transfers are protected by adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
• We only work with providers that implement safeguards in line with GDPR.

6. Data Retention

• Enquiries and collaboration data: up to 3 years.
• Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
• Software customer data: for the duration of licensing/service and as required by law.

7. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to ensure security and basic functionality, and to help us understand visitor interactions through Google Analytics.

• Essential cookies: required for site performance and security. For example, Cloudflare sets the _cfuvid cookie to identify trusted traffic and protect against malicious activity.
